this person was a judge in my small claims case and he never even read the small claims case filing description. I certainly don’t call that justice when the judge doesn’t know what the case is about. I believe the judge new the defendant and should have excused him self from the case. once the defendant agreed to the settlement i was asking for he didn’t even give me a chance to talk. This was an uninsured motor case. This judge also had NO ideal what the Ohio STATE LAW is. He never should have even heard the case. THIS PERSON SHOULD BE DISBARRED AND NEVER BE ALLOWED IN A COURT ROOM AGAIN. HE KEEPS ERASING MY NEGATIVE COMMENTS, I HAVE ENTERED MANY NEGATIVE COMMENTS, BUT HE KEEPS ERASING THEM. HE PROBABLY HAS HAD 100’S OF NEGATIVE COMMENTS THAT HE KEEPS ERASING. I will keep entering my experience ever day until I get justice out of this case. HE SHOULD BE DISBARRED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He was not qualified to hear this case, because he does not know what the state law is. With the number of uninsured motor accident happening in this county maybe one day he will actually read the law. It is printed on the back of the State car registration. Hopefully he will be disbarred very soon.
I paid 2500.00 for my granddaughter custody or visitation. Last day of court I was put on the witness stand and had no legal representation to guide me I received nothing no visitation nothing no attorney to represent me on last day of court.
