Horribly unprofessional, and non responsive. I’ve been trying to have a situation remedied for 7 months now, that was her error, AND STILL NO RESOLVE. I’ve reached out MANY times via email and phone call.
The individual’s communication skills appear to be lacking, as evidenced by a prolonged delay of one month for the simple task of reviewing a quit claim deed. Furthermore, they consistently fail to respond to phone calls and voicemail messages, often replying to emails weeks after they were sent. It is recommended that they consider hiring an assistant to provide support, as it appears assistance is needed to manage their workload effectively.
Katherine is the best! She is experienced and knowledgeable. I defer to her judgement on what to do because I know she looks out for my best interest and she has never let me down. And I’ve been very impressed how quick she thinks on her feet to get me what I need. I would highly recommend!!
