When everybody doubted in the ability to reverse a two year old case, Mark was there for the challenge and went above & beyond to achieve the outcome I desired. I had gotten poor misrepresentation by public defense at a young age and it cost me dearly to fix but well worth the money looking back at it now. The prosecutor just wanted a conviction and no additional steps were taken to investigate the entirety of the matter. Extremely one sided. You must be very careful with BDM courts they are a very unfair court to go through, very corrupt in my opinion – because the people who get slaps on the wrist seemingly have a higher social status. That’s just my opinion though. A good attorney like Mark Hanni will give you a fighting chance. Don’t settle on a Public Defender if you can help it. Thanks Mark! And congrats on getting elected!
