I wish I would have read the negative reviews prior to moving forward with this law firm. Tom filed a lawsuit on behalf of my son for claims of birth injuries. Instead of redacting very personal mental health records in the public documents, Tom filed the information for the public to view. When I received the first set of interrogatories, I responded to the personal questions that the information would not be provided unless redacted from the public. A short time later, Tom calls to say he “spoke with an expert who really doesn’t think we have a case”. Unbelievable! So now we are left with very personal medical information made public for absolutely nothing!!!
The Robenalt Law Firm is professional, kind, smart and did their job well. We won our case. Didn’t think I would ever need a lawyer but was so glad they were on my side.
