We met with Nick Rosenbauer to inquire about family estate planning and felt very comfortable with Nick and his staff at the initial meeting. We then went on to have Nick prepare for us and our family a complete Estate Portfolio. The Estate planning consisted of several meetings with Nick and his staff. The meetings were at our convenience and schedule and took place over several months. The extended time frame allowed us to gather the information requested in order to complete a comprehensive Estate Portfolio, which will be passed on to our adult children. We feel that a Living Trust is one of the most underrated Gifts that you can pass onto your Loved Ones. Nick and his staff provided a very detailed Estate Portfolio in an organized binder that included the final copies of: Living Trust, Certification and Declaration of Trust, Funding and Asset documents, Last Will and Testament, Property and Financial Power of Attorney, Health Care Documents and the final Disposition Instructions.
