Unreliable!!! Do not retain. Her assistant would schedule meetings when no one was in their office… After 8 months of continuous lack of communication, organization and same questions answered multiple times I finally sought other counsel and got my divorce finalized within 1 month.
My brother and I hired Rose to represent us in a power of attorney despite that was a nightmare for my mother and all family members involved. Her deceitful and ineptness was shocking. She couldn’t litigate an argument in court against a family member who actually walked into court with a 36 x 24 framed document proving he was a CIA covert spy. She actually charged us $500 more because the case involved a family member who we suspected was mentally ill. She actually charged us an additional $500 for “craziness “. We caught her in several lies. On one occasion she actually slipped out the back door, not to face us. Shame on her for contributing to the neglect an 89-year-old woman in a nursing home. Please to not entrust this women with any legal representation. Not sure how she sleeps at night.
Rose guided me through my divorce, and I was very grateful for her knowledge and dedication. She is wonderfully compassionate and patient to her clients, but gets things done and takes no baloney.
