I went through a really tough divorce. I went with Ty and his team after firing my previous attorney for incompetence. This office is one of the most professional businesses I’ve dealt with in my 20+ years of being in the corporate IT world. They did their absolute best with the little they had, and I truly appreciate the effort of every single person in that office for treating me with kindness and respect in what has been one of the hardest times in my life. These are the kind of people you want in your corner when you have nobody you can trust!

We contacted this firm October 4th, 2023 and spoke with Claire Mitchell for roughly an hour. We wanted to file contempt of court involving my children and briefly spoke about the timeline of events over the last year. My 15 and 17 year olds are having a very difficult time and my wife and I have many sleepless nights over their well being. We contacted their firm, after careful research of law firms around Ohio, to start the process of Ok documenting the neglect in court, per our court order guidelines. We expressed urgency and she seemed very compassionate about our situation during the initial consultation and we felt very hopeful that our children would see a resolution in the near future. We received a call the next day on October 5, 2023 and were unable to respond at the time. We returned their call, the next day on Friday the 6th, and were told she would call us back. We decided to call again, Monday the 9th, in the afternoon when we did not receive any more correspondence and we left a voicemail. We have not received any phone calls or correspondence, and we were simply left in the dark and completely forgotten about. This is a very impactful circumstance that my children are going through and time is very important. We have already reached out to another firm however, this sets us back 2 to 3 weeks. It’s unfortunate the amount of research and legwork a citizen has to do just to find an honest lawyer (oxy-moron?). I hope this review helps and I just want to emphasize that we did not hire them for their services because we were never given the chance. They may be a great firm however, I feel that this is a big red flag and I hope this helps another person in my position to make an informed decision. Good luck to you all.
