5 Stars! Very pleased with our experience with Lovett and Lovett from the time we watched and listened online to the very informative video by Mr. Lovett. It was most convenient for my husband and me to have , Mr. House, a partner in the firm, meet with us at their Springfield office. Mr. House met with us a a few times to help us do our trust. He was very knowledgeable, thorough and answered all of our questions and concerns in a way we could understand. He was most pleasant and patient as I must have asked a lot of questions. A special shout out as well to Emily, an assistant, who came with him at our last session to put together the famous “red notebook” that is a well organized notebook one receives of their trust. She also was pleasant and knowledgeable. We felt at ease with everyone involved and we will certainly recommend this law firm to our friends and family.
