Had been considering looking into a Living Trust but wasn’t sure where to go. We received an invitation to a seminar put on by attorney George Lovett of Lovett and House Co., LPA. The seminar was very informative. At the end we were given the opportunity to schedule an appointment to meet with Mr. Lovett at their Sidney location. There was no pressure to do so. We scheduled our appointment and met with Mr. Lovett who went over the Living Trust information in detail and explained the process. We were given the opportunity to ask the questions that we had and Mr. Lovett answered each one. We never felt hurried or pressured in any way. He took our information and explained that we would receive a draft of the Living will that we could go over before our next meeting. We were told that if we had any questions to feel free to contact them. We had one issue that we were not sure of so we contacted their office and the change was made to our satisfaction. At our next meeting everything in the trust was explained so we could best understand, including the process for transferring assets into the trust.
George Lovette and his staff were professional and helpful in finalizing our Living Trusts and much, much more legal documents. We were well informed from the initial seminar to our personal consultation to the review and signing of our paperwork. He and the staff are well equipped in preparing a thorough package and making updates as needed. I highly recommend them to at least hear what is available.
