Very unprofessional and racist representative. When I called, she didn’t understand me. Seemed like she was deaf or something. She told me to repeat my sentences 2 times. She also said I have an accent, so it was hard to understand me. I have been in this country for 30 years and I can speak fluent English. Very rude. Maybe she should get her ears checked. I do not recommend this law firm.
