Contacted them numerous times to try and schedule an appointment to update our wills. On the initial call I was told I would be e-mailed a questionnaire to complete. It never showed. On the second call I was told someone would call me to ask some questions. There was a call that I missed. I called back and left a message with a best time to reach me and well over a week has passed with no returned call. Lack of attention and follow-up leaves little to be desired. I ended up calling another attorney and got in right away. Very disappointed with the level of service (or lack thereof) I received from what appears to be a “professional” law firm.
I called this law firm on January 28, 2025. I was told I would get a call back the next day at 2 o’clock with a Darius. 230 rode around. I called the office. The secretary assured me Darius was gonna call me. he was just late cause he was in court in the morning. Well at 5:05 there’s nobody in the office and nobody called me today. I’m not sure how to run a business but I know it’s not by making promises and not keeping them especially when you’re a freaking attorney so I wouldn’t bother these guys because they don’t call back.
