I was not represented properly. The evidence and facts I had to disprove false allegations were not acknowledged or brought up in court. As a result, the case been fraudulently drug out. I notified him about harassment, direct threats which he didn’t acknowledge or report. I went months without seeing my daughter, as Mark did not return several emails to set up an a supervisor. He requested pictures of medication without a hippa release, blamed the request on the Guardian Ad litem which was not true. I have no idea where those pictures went or who has that information. His paralegal was extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate in her emails. Based off of other reviews, I can assure there will be a reply to this review, that’s fine.
You need a great lawer, Mark’s your man
I called him and he was very rude and condescending and basically assumed because I got fired wrongfully I didn’t have any money and told me to contact someone else to investigate. Ya I would pick someone else. Do not recommend
