Overall, while experiences vary, a significant number of reviewers highlight his strategic approach and commitment to advocating for his clients’ rights.
I spoke with Justin on the phone this evening for a quick consult and it was very helpful. I’m going through a difficult situation with my elderly father and he gave me important information that I needed to hear and that I need to consider before making a decision and moving forward. He never brought up money or fees, he only explained my options and offered to help if my decision warranted it. The quick discussion was very helpful and he will be the person I call now.
I was referred to Mr. Miller through a few friends for a custody issue and a bankruptcy. When we first met, I did not bring the documents I was asked to bring. He was willing to reschedule, and I brought the papers. He was honest about the issues in my custody case and that some things from a few years ago would probably be brought up by my ex, which they were. He stood up for my rights as a father and made sure I had time with my kids. Even though the court ruled against me having custody (based on the past issues), I know he fought hard for me and I plan to go back to him in the future.
We met with Justin to represent us. Every time we talked to him on the phone, he was condescending. IMO. We hired another lawyer in Medina. My point is there is other lawyers out there.
