Unfortunately, my experience with this legal service was disappointing. The person who I spoke with (who wouldn’t provide her name) displayed rudeness and condescension rather than offering the support and clarification I needed. Legal issues can be confusing, and it’s essential for professionals in this field to communicate respectfully and helpfully. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service to others seeking guidance in legal matters.
I never felt like they were truly on my side. I left interactions (calls/emails) feeling worse than before. I knew that wasn’t right, but didn’t realize how wrong until hiring a new attorney. During hearings the magistrate asked if she knew the process and “how this works” repeatedly. They bill you for EVERYTHING. For example, the paralegal would frequently email me stating only ‘please call me”. They charged me $8.50 for that! They bill both an attorney and paralegal fee when they talk to each other about your case. At the time I released them I had paid almost $10,000 in legal fees. Almost a year later, I received a bill saying I owed an additional $13,000+.
Stay away from this woman read her reviews on yelp and so on her license was suspended. She overbill you, but can’t prove it. Stay away from her many clients of hers lost money.
