I gave Attorney Jerry Thompson a call when I ran into an issue. Jerry helped me throughout the case. He always called back in a timely manner and answered every question I needed. 100% recommending Jerry to anybody that needs an attorney

I called to see if they handled Cease and Desist and the attorney that took my call was absolutely rude. He acted like my time and what I had to say was not important at all. Before I could really say anything he was a complete smart ass and said “a cease and desist order is very simple you stop doing whatever your doing. Are you doing what they said you’re doing?” Then I read to him what they are claiming I did and he was stated if you wanted to try and fight this I would charge you $25,000. I then asked him if he knew of any local attorneys that might handle cases like this and he was said “you can use google or yellow pages to look it up” No freaking kidding did your law degree teach you that? I was asking because you’re a lawyer that knows other lawyers and didn’t know if you had a recommendation. If this guy is a representation of how this law office treats their clients I would run. Horrible Customer Service!
