We went over every aspect of custody before the paperwork was completed. I went in to look it over before they filed with the courts and I found several mistakes that would have gone against what I had initially asked for. They corrected them and after I approved of the final draft I actually got a bill in the mail to pay for them to correct the mistakes they made in the first draft…. over $100!!! I was flabbergasted that they had the audacity to do that. These were mistakes that no lawyer should have made and should’ve corrected at their own expense. I sent them a letter letting them know I was not paying for their mistakes and if they didn’t agree I’d see what the Ashland County Bar Association thought about their practices… Never heard from them again. If you live in Loudonville take the time to go to Ashland for your attorney.
