He was the nicest attorney we’d spoken with at that point and didn’t make us pay to speak with him like most of the others did. He was very responsive and gave us really strong piece of mind – the first breath of relief we’d had since our situation started. We tried to reach out to him on Monday before Christmas (on Wednesday) and he let us know that he couldn’t talk which was understandable, but could have given us the answer to our question in the same length of message. That said, we ended up getting in touch with another attorney who had the same case before and it looks like we’re in the best hands now, so it was not a loss in the end! We appreciate his kindness and recommend him to anyone who’s having a hard time getting in touch with an attorney with empathy.

Attorney Richard Marks is the epitome of professional. He was clear and concise throughout the entire process.
