I don’t understand why it’s so difficult to make a payment. They won’t let me sign up for online payments. They won’t let me use an automated phone service to make payments. So my only option is to call and leave messages for ***days on end*** before I can make a payment. My calls and voice messages are clearly being ignored and I’m TRYING TO PAY. I don’t understand what more I need to do.

I came in to pay a balance and I got there early and the receptionist Teeka was very helpful with any questions and concerns I had. Shaun was also very helpful with giving me paperwork to stop garnishment out of my check. They were very helpful and nice. Thanks so much.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Every time I call this debt collection agency, the representatives are unbelievably rude and unhelpful. Instead of assisting with my payment, they talk down to me and act like I’m an inconvenience. Making a payment should be simple, but they make it as difficult as possible. They insist on having my bank account information, which I refuse to give them, and they refuse to offer any reasonable alternatives. It’s clear they care more about control than actually resolving debts. Avoid dealing with them if you can!
