Two years after my Chapter 13 discharge, an issue arose that required my attorney’s intervention. Getting them to take action is like pulling teeth. Despite the fact that part of their duties for which i paid them requires them to continue representing me should problems arise after the fact, they got my money and apparently I’m no longer considered a customer. I’m being treated like a leper. I’m constantly referred to Todd’s voicemail, (a screening tactic, I’m sure) and i never receive a return call. Shameful. No wonder lawyers have such a poor reputation.
