Our case just ended with Zink, When we initially went in she listened to our case and made us feel that we had a great case that we would win. She doesn’t take phone calls just emails which is ok because you have it in writing, We filed right away and from that day it went down hill. My daughter and her now ex husband had a restraining order to where the children could not be taken out of state. When we sent her proof he was out of state on multiple occasions with the children she NEVER once filed the contempt of court that she should have as we were paying her to do. His criminal, CPS background was NEVER brought up which I feel was a great injustice. My daughter is not perfect but deserved WAY more than she got. I would not recommend for divorce or custody issues. As we were at the final hearing it was brought up that my daughter could never bring him back to court for any type of alimony or any financial restitutions. Just be aware of what you are getting into.

I used Zac Selvey for a custody case in 2021-23, . I wouldn’t recommend him for custody issues!
