I didn’t actually visit Mr. Bugg recently, but I was nearby.
Adult protective services of Ross county sent me to him for my Grandmothers guardianship. Not very informative or professional constantly saying “we will go over that later” to my questions yet had time to tell me how “lucrative” guardianships have been for him and he “himself is paid guardian for 8 people, but no more or I’d have to take a special class”. RED FLAGS..we are not on the same page sir. After inquiring about fees (current and future)and how much he had ALREADY been paid by APS one last time before court the Paralegal – Co council (said sarcastically) left me a voicemail “They were returning advanced funds back to APS, as they would not represent me in this matter”. WHAT is really going on here?! I asked too many questions, I think NOT. The “clerical” help is rude and you never get to speak directly with the actual Attorney.
Very pleased with the service I have received from Mr.Bugg. He is very update on real state issues and all of the things that accompany those issues.
