Very slow to respond when he represents you or your LLC. He seems to not care when he has a conflict of interest either. He also makes bold proclamations as if he is not just an attorney but also the jury and judge. Plus “specializing” in so many parts of the law, is a red flag. Finally when he says “Listed in The Best Lawyers in America ® and Super Lawyers”, he isn’t in Super Lawyers at all and “The Best Lawyers in America” is just a directory where lawyers are just reviewed. No impressive from the single time I had to deal with him. Not even a lawyer and I was able to get what I wanted from him and the HOA he claimed to represent.
You will not find a more thorough attorney. Mike is extremely intelligent and will do everything he can to fight for you. Extremely honest and ethical.
