It’s my fault! I showed up for an appointment and I wasn’t even on the books and had just got a big case but still hired them! They had my case for two months and after two weeks Paige sent me a email letting me know they had requested my medical records email within weeks of taking my case. I called to follow up w Paige six weeks later about them as well as other question I had and never received response for and she let me know that they were all very busy working on a large case and have been working on binders and hadn’t had time to start requesting my records. She also let me know that they had 2 years to file my case. I immediately found another atty! Unbelievable that I hired them and unbelievable they would tell any client they have larger clients and treat you as such!
