Amazing!!! I’ve talked to many lawyers over the years that wanted $2000-3000 down and so much $ an hour. At mcnamee they do a flat rate, they allow you to put half down and then make payment arrangements on the rest. A lawyer from there is currently helping me get my babies back!
Met with Mr. McNamee as a mediator and was dismayed by his approach. He wasn’t really interested in hearing my side of the story or seeing any documents. (I had them on my laptop and he said I couldn’t get on his internet and he wasn’t interested in seeing them because my lawyer hadn’t sent them.) Twice in our conversation he contradicted himself and I found him to be quite biased. He counseled me to take an offer I thought was severely lopsided. I proceeded to file in court and ended up paying only 30% of what Mr. McNamee told me was “the deal of the century.” Long story short: Would not trust him as a mediator; wouldn’t recommend him as a lawyer. Nice couch in the lobby though; it’s faux Edwardian style and probably costs a lot.
