Set up automatic withdraw to cover my legal fees. Paid in full a few weeks later. Since then I have not been able to speak to a paralegal and they have continued taking money out of my account even though they’ve already been paid in full.

Just call someone else. Everything was fine during the original filing process. But it’s clear that was just so they could get paid. Once filed it all went down hill. Calls go un answered or returned. The attorney ain’t competent enough to return calls regarding the change of address I filed with him multiple times and they can only seem to manage to update it in there own system. And not with the bankruptcy court. Do you selves a favor and go somewhere else!!

Me and my husband had such a hectic and miscommunication in the beginning with an attorney and all I can say is when we felt already we were in the worse dream ever, Miss Denise came and saved the day, she was patience, reliable, and continued to advocate and communicate through tough times and decision making to smooth this process along to the next step. Working with her before your attorney really paves the way for how you feel going into a very hard decision in life. If I could do this all over again I absolutely would use Amourgis and associates especially if Denise is involved!
