I had Mark B. Schildhouse handle a commercial lease agreements. I had a solid old lease agreement for over 10 years done by a different attorney that had retired. I wanted it reviewed so I contacted Mark. Mark said it would cost me a ton of $ to have it printed up and recommended using a standard on line lease agreement. Luckily I read it over and their were some terrible clauses in it that benefited the tenant and not the owner. I wound up hiring a different firm to handle the lease agreement after spending over $2222.00 on nothing with this firm. Complete laziness to print off a standard lease agreement from the web WITHOUT reviewing it to make sure it is in your clients best interest. It might be time for Mark to retire.
I have personally worked with Connick Law for many years with my businesses. Every time, Tom Connick has been reliable, professional, and successful. 10/10.
