I reached out to this place for help with a landlord / tenant dispute. They are the only ones in this area specializing in this field. I got a response back that they would not help me. I stopped at the office to get a better idea of why they couldn’t / wouldn’t help me. I asked if they had a conflict or if there was some other personal reason. I was told by the gal at the front desk that no other details were available to me. I tried to explain that I was just looking for answers but that gal just got short and snippy about it. I guess customer service is not a top priority at this place? I still have no idea why they can’t or refuse to help me. It’s probably for the best, they didn’t take my case – they definitely do not appear to be the kind of place that actually cares about people’s needs.
