I hired Pat Donovan to help with my mother’s living trust. He instead, partnered with my sister and was able to bypass the living trust and transfer ownership instead. I am turning him into the ND Bar association and am currently working with another attorney to not only have his inappropriate order overturned, but to see what criminal and civil action we can take against Mr. Donovan. He refused to give us notice if upcoming hearings to keep us from objecting, he refused to provide information about his actions to us, and he gathered information from us under the pretence of representing us, then passed the confidential information onto my my sister. He is highly unethical and should be disbarred. I am hoping I can accomplish this by contacting the ND Bar Association.
