Law office only available Monday through Thursday and makes you make an appointment that is at a minimum (1) month away. When you call in to the appointment a month later, Steven doesn’t show up and his numbers go straight to voicemail. Very unprofessional. Look for another lawyer that will actually do their job!
Really disappointing service. Minimum of 2 weeks between interactions. Lots of questionable behavior. I am only listing one issue… there were many more things. Just for a review I will only put one. He created a land description for a quit claim deed without double checking it. It was the completely wrong section of the field. Even the quit claim paperwork was done incorrectly. When an attorney creates the land description, according to the county recorder, the attorney must say that they created it. In order to prevent problems in the future. That was not done. The quit claim deed was also done without a title search. Good thing we asked because there were two outstanding liens that needed to be cleaned up before that happened. Also, several snide comments written in letters that were not necessary to make. In a nutshell…. I haven’t seen professionalism like this.
Good selection but need more assisted checkouts. My favorite place to shop.
