Sandra Kuntz handled my divorce in 2007, when I called today to get assistance with information that was to have been included in my divorce decree. I was treated in the most unprofessional, condescending, rude, unhelpful and cold tone imaginable. I was repeatedly called Ma’am and denied any apology, concern, empathy or even recognition that I had once been a client. Go e was the friendly, caring style that I experienced when I paid 1500.00 for my divorce. If my records were no longer available that’s fine, I offered to fax over my documents for clarificstion. Every suggestion I made to resolve this unfortunste matter was in met with a stern “NO, I cannot help you ma’am”. I was then hung up on and when I called back was told to not call the office again, that they were done with this matter. I no longer live in Dickinson, but if I did I would NOT ever use the legal services of Sandra Kuntz or her staff. Absolutely, unwarranted and unbelievably bad treatment of a former client, who called for assistance in good faith.
