Fleming, DuBois & Fleming P.L.L.P.

I’m going to give this one more star than I would have, because Robert Fleming helped me with an issue 20 years ago. However, I’d steer clear of having Larry DuBois help you out if a loved one has died, with or without a will, with a large estate. I’m sure he’s a lovely person if you’re going out for coffee with him, but as an estate attorney, I see him as unreachable, dishonest, and unorganized. It’s been 3 years and 7 months of minimal communication between him and the PRs of the estates, with no end in sight. But if he is questioned by either of the estate PRs, or someone of status (bank officers, etc), he assures them that “it’ll be settled within the next 90 days”. He’s been saying that to kick the can down the road for 2 years now. While I understand that our situation may be more complicated than the average estate, and take more time, I expect more transparency and integrity out of a professional. He is undoubtedly a busy man, but perhaps he should take on less work if he cannot balance it all. Just my opinion.
