Worst immigration lawyer that you can hire there slow and have no communication at all and when you try to call to know something she gets upset for calling her and wants you to send a email and when you do they dont reply back till a month later or longer they are bad and do not recommend them at all. No recomiendo que la contraten de abogada no se comunica con uno y cuando le llamas para saber de algo se enoja la abogada y te dice que le mandes un email y que no le andas marcando a su oficina y pa darte una respuesta duran mucho tiempo y no todos sabemos cómo usar email y no quieren que les marquen y dicen que son profesionales así no también
I am writing this review after service but think it is important people know how bad this lawyer is. I wish I could give 0 stars. They NEVER communicated with us. I emailed them months after our case had started to get an update and they had told us we were denied but they never told us??? When I asked why we were denied, they never replied. I emailed, called several times and even sent a letter to them and they never replied. We started services with another lawyer who stated our case was EASY to work with and should have an easier route compared to others. MackenZie Law Firm still would not reply not even to our new lawyers requests of records. Flash forward, we fixed our case within a year with a better ethical lawyer. Short story: save your money, they’re essentially a scam and go somewhere else.
I definitely do not recommend this “lawyer”. When we made the original consult appointment she forgot she had us on her schedule and was refusing to see us. She was in the other room yelling at the top of her lungs how “someone” scheduled us without her knowledge. I dont know why we decided to stay but I definitely regretted choosing her as our immigration lawyer.
