Poor communication. Leave u sitting for 5 days with no update or anything. Was not knowledgeable of the situation and didn’t know what to do so did nothing. Then when confronted why petition not filed turned it all around and said we weren’t a match then said you can come get your file for $1200. I don’t recommend this firm. The petition should have been filed day one and wasn’t.
I highly recommend Tom kangur and his amazing staff for and real estate legal needs, I’ve had the pleasure of working with Tom on multiple house closings and I can confidently say that they are one of the best in the business! Their expertise, professionalism, attention and service has been consistently exceptional.
