the PA that works at this office failed to provide a contract with the correct information for a land transfer 3 different times. Each time was worse that the last. Somehow managed to involve our neighbor who has never had any dealings with the parcel… After giving up in January and seeking other aide the matter was settled professionally and swiftly with no issues. Thank you Wenzel and Wenzel! I just received a email asking to remit payment for a contract provided from the office of Joel R weaver when I called to dispute it I was rudely told “Then don’t worry about it” and promptly hung up on. So that was cool.
