I had a very serious MVA and the other part was 100% at fault and caused permanent injuries to me. I tried working with them to no avail, so at the last minute before the 3 year limit was reached, I contacted Kaitlyn Copeland per a recommendation from a family friend. She acted quickly, showed immense compassion to my situation, and worked through all of the red tape. Due to other driver’s coverages, I was not thrilled with the settlement offered but Kaitlyn worked hard to make it as fair as possible. And given my PTSD from the accident, she did it all virtually for me which I will always be eternally grateful for. I normally feel lawyers are very impersonal and not concerned for their clients, only the settlement, but Kaitlyn changed that. Although I hope I never need an attorney for something like this – she will be my first call. Kaitlyn and Jennifer helped me through a difficult situation.
