Arlene and everyone in her office are terrific. I have been going through what to me feels like a very difficult and lengthy custody/child support case. From the very start I knew I hired the right person. I used a different attorney for my separation and that was a completely different experience. That entire process was intimidating. This has been the exact opposite. Arlene obviously knows what she’s doing, but I feel like she cares about me, I’m not just another case.
She didn’t know what courtroom my hearing was in and then showed up almost 45 minutes late for said hearing. Hire her at your own risk, in my opinion you would be better off going pro se (representing yourself). At least you would show up on time and it would be significantly cheaper. I wish I could give her negative stars.
I just can’t say enough nice things about Arlene. She is down to earth, friendly, knowledgeable in her field and just plain good at what she does. She gave sound advice and handled my case in a manner that definitely inspired confidence and lightened the stress of the situation. Her rates were reasonable and she was able to fit me in when I needed to talk to her on very short notice. I would recommend her highly to anyone needing an attorney.
