Working with Gill & Tobias, LLP has been an absolute nightmare. If you want an attorney who ignores emails, dodges phone calls, and leaves you completely in the dark, then this is the firm for you. Their communication is nonexistent, their professionalism is laughable, and their ability to handle even the most basic tasks is questionable at best.
Handled my Wife’s Grandmother’s ‘estate’, or what was left of it several years ago. Emily was a terrible communicator, didn’t return calls, was late for the scheduled appointment, short demeanor at interview, and condescending. For some reason, Tobias was named executor and claimed the $20K that was left over and per her letter, there was nothing we could do about it. Looks like there is a pattern of this behavior as can be found by Googling her name and past affiliations. Simply Google the following: “The money in accounts of the trust has dwindled with managing multiple properties. All of the parties involved with the trust are dissapointed in Ms. Tobias.”, and you’ll see! It takes you to the reviewers who made that statement. No confidence!
