In a time of dispare my elderly mother retained Mr Ditz for services he was given a substantial deposit and more. Mr Ditz did absolutely nothing except file a business license for which i had to redo and pay almost double to expedite. After postponing and multiple lies he referred her too another law firm. I have contacted Mr Ditz several times for a bill and a print out of his hours spent but after 6 months he refuses to return my calls or email. I think its a disgrace to do a elderly woman that needed help because someone else had took advantage of her is sickening when he turned around and did the same thing.I have decided to move forward with the BBB and the Bar Association if possible to report Mr Ditz. Im not even sure how he calls hisself an attorney.Shame on you Paul!!!
