They do stuff WRONG had me do a trial without a waiver being signed that is a violation of my 6th admendment etc and will file a complaint to the NC Judicial system and NC bar for that district attorney.
Went to DA’s office to speak to the DA, and the person at the front desk would not let me talk to the DA. Waste of time, they persuade people to get an attorney to pour money into the legal system. They can care less about any issue you may have. They don’t know how a camera works, and if u take a picture of any trespasser, they only assume that it is altered. The judge at the courthouse sits behind his bench, laughing while dismissing a trespasser. Don’t have faith in the system.
Deny justice and will continue to prosecute for a known false witness. Whom has a factual history of being untruthful and they failed to report it to the Court. When bringing the matter to attention at the DA’s as a victim of acts of perjury I am immediately threatened with harassment charges before being heard. They don’t help the people but only their people. Some pheen for a conviction, they’ll do anything to get a conviction and don’t care if it’s right or wrong. They are bigger criminals than those they prosecute and have inexperienced prosecutors that should not be an ada or even have a licenses. They think it’s perfectly fine for a victim to lie and manipulate law officials to up their case to receive different treatment and don’t care about themselves getting played and lied to. Justice is for ALL and is NOT favorable.
