If he gets a whiff that you could afford to pay for an attorney he will not communicate with you and you stand a 99% chance of going to jail, so you better be on your p’s and q’s about your situation, stay in contact with the courts yourself about when you are to be in court because he will not communicate with you about when things are going on and when you are supposed to be in court. MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE. You will definitely get arrested for FTA when dealing with him. And then let you sit in jail, just hope and pray it’s not the weekend when you get blindsided by the police or sheriff in my case because he will not answer calls or even attempt to call you back. This may sound like I’m just being obnoxious but it’s absolutely my truth.
Pete Gilbert will be a no show without warning. He is not the lawyer he used to be by far. Its very disappointing and he has complaints that have went to the Bar Association.
First off GOOGLE needs to remove this address as it is not the address for this awesome attorney! This address needs to be removed before an innocent person gets blown away from this personal residence showing up to it like it’s a business office and it’s someone else’s home!
