If you’re looking for an attorney to represent you, Kelly Miller is scraping the bottom of the barrel. She doesn’t return calls, does not have the clients OR children’s best interest in mind rather is driven by money to support her alcoholism. Yes she told me she is an alcoholic and numerous times in court she had times of not being focused. She failed to file a motion for contempt of visitation after she said she NEEDED more money and was paid in cash, and after not returning calls or text messages I fired her. It took her 5 MONTHS to file a motion to withdraw. In the meantime there were hearings involving me where I hadn’t been served and she falsely claimed to be representing me. When she filed to withdraw, her reasoning was lack of pay. Do your research and go with someone who is reputable. She should be disbarred PERIOD.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. For her to be an attorney, she is very unprofessional. She is very rude. She has handled 2 of my family members’ cases. She doesn’t return any calls. The one time I called her for someone. She called me back and was rude. So, if you want an attorney to not do her job, she’s the one.
