Needed what I needed, just took a while to get appointment around the court times.
WARNING…Do not hire this attorney!!!!!!! I had some issues called Richard batts and spoke about it for about 20 mins after this I had one returned call saying he could make a outcome that I definitely did not want, being probation on a very small misdemeanor. Long story short. My court date comes up, Richard batts did not show up so I called him no answer. I spoke with the DA and when they asked who my lawyer was I said Richard batts they pretty much told me he never shows up and does not get in contact with them waits until last minute to “try” to resolve a case. I made a deal with the DA by myself and got a better outcome! Case dismissed. I politely emailed Richard batts and requested some type of refund for non representation. He did not provide me with ANY case notes nothing and pretty much ghosted me after that! In my opinion I’d avoid dealing with him! Thanks Mr. Batts for the awesom representation -5 stars if I could give it!!!!!!!! WARNING
