After handling a real estate transaction, I inquired about handling an estate matter. Was advised that another attorney and assistance handle estate matters. Received an email from estate attorney assistance for a date and time to contact me. I replied with day and time and never heard back. Sent 3 to 4 follow up emails and still no reply. Several weeks later, contacted rep that handled real estate transaction to confirm if estate assistant still with company since hadn’t received response back. Got confirmation that estate assistant still with company. And was told will have estate assistant follow up. Finally received call from estate assistance ( month after receiving email about date and time to Initially contact me). Discussed estate matter and documents needed. Sent documents a few days later in 3 separate emails and no response from estate assistant. Called a week later transferred to estate assistance vxmail and left message. Again no response. Called a week later and spoke to receptionist, who tried to transfer me to estate assistant vxmail again. However I explained that wasn’t acceptable since dealing with lack of response from estate assistant since April 7, 2022 and now it is May 23, 2022. Receptionist says that she will personally send message to estate assistant to follow up. Today is June 20, 2022 and still have not heard back from anyone at Fields and Cooper.
