I would NOT recommend david to anyone going through a divorce. He will talk about his old divorce and then charge you for the time he spent talking about his divorce. David pencil whips his contracts and the times alloted . For example he charged me for 3.5 hours of trial and hearing. And the trial lasted about 1 hour. He literally charged me for sitting in the court room. Although he had other clients in the court room that day also. If you read the reviews . David seems good a being a traffic ticket lawyer. But AGAIN , david is a horrible family court lawyer. He did NOT even know the names of my children and how many children i had. David seems to be ONLY focused on getting paid. His HEART IS NOT IN IT. David specifically continued my case without my approval or consultation. David met in the judges chambers with the judge, mediator, and ex wife. While in the chambers he tells everyone how im $178 behind on paying him. Which really was NOT true, because he been pencil whipping the time sheet. And that he has to continue the case. My ex wife was offering 50/50 custody which is what we agreed on. Yet david did not accept the 50/50 custody deal. Even told everyone thats not what i wanted. Even though it is clearly in writing that we both agree to 50/50 custody. He purposely put me behind on court dates by continuing them. Thus ensuring he keeps getting paid. After all if he sits back there in the judges chambers and does NOTHING for 2 hours. David is still going to charge me for the 2 hours. Even though NOTHING was done by him. Just be careful . Again i would NOT recommend him for a family court lawyer.
