My Exsperience was with Ann Turner She is representing the opposite side of an estate transaction and I called to discuss a bill we submitted .I called and left messages with her for 2 weeks and she never returned my call.I then I called the office an asked how do I get an answer to my questions when she won’t call me and Magicly they put her on the line.She starts out with what do you want. I said well I’d like to get paid for the work we did.She says we have some discrepancy in your bill.I said what might that be ,she said I have a neighbor that can testify that you were not at the house on Christmas eve I said I was there and I have staff that will testify to that fact as well I don’t give a sh@t what the neighbor says.She then says your are not a lady cursing at me and I won’t have that and hung up the phone and blocked my number from a business line ? What the heck ? She had an attitude right from the start and it was very unprofessional of her to act so childish over one curse word people use every day and it was not directed at her .if it was it would have been the B word .
