Ive never met Mr. Alexandra nor have i been to the he’s office but ive had to call apawn them for my daughter and they treated me as though id been with them for years always. listened to me and reassured .me that they were working to get what I wanted.never made me feel like I are my daughter wasn’t important thanks so much you ladies in the office are awesome ive already been saying how great youve been.
worst communication ever, asked for an extension for a speeding ticket that ended up getting dismissed and they were supposed to let me know the date of the extension and they never did. they ended up just going to court for me anyways and did not tell me then kept asking that I pay my remaining balance. then when I called about paying I was told I didn’t owe anything which made no sense to me so I double checked with them and the courthouse and they both said I was good, three weeks later they message me telling me I need to pay my balance asap and everytime I ask them to explain what happened or why they did what they did, they’re very short and all they wanna say is “this is your remaining balance” instead of explaining to me why I am being told one thing after another. I wouldn’t recommend this office because if they mess up your file you will never know wtf is going on or what happened. I am extremely disappointed with this office. please do better.
