I would give Brad Jones zero stars if I could. He did nothing for my son after we paid him over $3,000 for a child custody case. He did not fight for my son, his client, and basically told him that he was not going to win. If you are a man going through a custody dispute and you want to see your children, please do not hire this guy. We are devastated about the outcome and I don’t want anyone else to have to experience what we have experienced.
I had been working through a divorce, thinking that we would not need a lawyer as we were attempting to split as amicable as a couple could in this day. Unfortunately, I think the court system frowns on Pro Se divorces and we found ourselves seeking an attorney to assist us through the nuances and legal-speak. Brad helped us migrate towards a clear path, cleared the way through some of the hurdles I had inadvertently constructed and actually shaved some of our final costs down from some of the leg-work I was able to successfully navigate. He was a pleasure to work with, did what he said and completed what he pursued for both myself and my ex-spouse. I would recommend him to family and friends and, should the need arise for legal assistance, will continue to pursue his services.
We found ourselves in need of an attorney out of state on very short notice. Thankfully, Brad worked us in. In the couple of days he had to prepare, not only did he surpass all expectations, he showed us that he wasn’t in this for just the money…he truly cares and loves his job!! He was invested from the start and knew exactly what we needed. Brad was very honest and not once did we have any doubt in his abilities. You can’t lose when someone who is invested in you, but smarter ( ), is fighting for you. No matter what the outcome. If ever we need a NC attorney again, it will be Brad.
