Let me start by saying Levine helped me with a case back in 2023. I worked with Chad who was both thorough and communicative until my case was resolved. Having had such a positive experience, I immediately reached out to them after being involved in another accident. The intake experience was largely the same as in 2023 but in the nearly six months since opening my current case I’ve received little correspondence with a total of approximately two phone calls. The person I’m working with called to introduce herself at the beginning of the case and left a message. I returned the phone call was told she was busy and never received any follow up. I have submitted bills and receipts as they come in and have responded to all requests for additional documentation in a timely manner but have gotten little in return. They seem to always be waiting for records which have already been sent, or worse, never followed up on by the firm. I’m expected to play intermediary and when I explain that documentation has already been submitted I am told it must have been sent to the wrong email address (the same email address I’m using and the one they provided to the practitioner). I understand this is not a high-profile case for them. But once I became a client, at the very least, I expected it to be handled professionally.
