This law firm is trash. I would never use them for anything after my horrible experience with them. They claimed to have mailed a letter to me that I never received. They then charged these excessive fees *$400 more than what I owed * There was no reasoning or talking to them.* They have no common sense, no reasoning or compassion. Customer service is negative. I’ll never deal with these people again in my life. My HOA Dues will be paid ahead of time going forward. If you ever have to be in contact with Jeanna or Julisa, you can forget it. The law firm must be horrible since they’re excessively charging the average working person. Run & run fast!
Many years ago, this firm was hired by my HOA to collect my annual HOA fees. The staff was incredibly friendly and they contacted the order directors to work with me.
Run run run fast .. worst attorneys office their is . Very rude and unprofessional. Jenna has the worst customer service . If you have a HOA problem get a personal attorney this people are a joke.
