He screwed my bf over big time, he made it seem like he was only going to serve 6mos, told him his minimum was going to be 6-8 months but he just found out his minimum is going to be a year and a half. The case worker told my bf that his lawyer could have asked that his sentence was ran concurrent but he didn’t. He was more worried about the money even though we payed about 10 grand.

He’s a great attorney, we got referred by David Moose, & I had thoughts on how well he would be to represent such a sensitive case but so far everything has gone smoothly and well. However lately for almost 3 weeks I haven’t been able to get in contact with him. I have called multiple times the phone rings and rings then I try a third and it sends me straight to voicemail which I don’t understand why. I call through out the day just because I think he might be in the courtroom or busy and no I cannot get in touch with him. I’m just trying to get updates on the case sense I haven’t received a phone call or a letter. And it has been quit some time.
